〔ご案内〕
・このフォームはワンタイムパスワードを受け取ることができない場合のお手続きページです。
　ワンタイムパスワードを受け取ることができる場合は、「JMB会員登録内容の参照・変更」から即時変更ができます。
・このフォームでのお手続きは、会員ログインできる日本地区会員が対象です。
・本手続きにより、ワンタイムパスワードが送信されるメールアドレスが変更になります。
・ログインしたJMB会員番号のご本人様以外の変更は承れません（例：ご家族分をまとめて申し込みすることはできません）
・同一のJMB会員番号で一日に複数回入力した場合は、最後に入力した内容にてお手続きをいたします。
・お手続きをいただいてから、変更完了までに3日（土日・祝日除く）程度を要します。
　年末年始・GWなどの長期休暇や通常よりお時間を要しますので、ご了承ください。
・変更のお手続き結果につきましては、新たに登録を希望されたメールアドレスへお送りいたしますのでご確認ください。
・1週間ほど経過してもお手続き結果のメールが届かない場合は、ご自身で登録情報をご確認いただくか再度本フォームから変更のお申し込みをお願いいたします。

・ご登録メールアドレスが次の（1）～（3）に当てはまる場合は、ワンタイムパスワードが届かない可能性がございます。

（1）メールアドレスの先頭やアットマーク（@）の直前にピリオド（.）を使用している場合
　　　例）.abcd@****.co.jp
　　　例）abcd.@****.co.jp

（2）アットマーク（@）より前でピリオド（.）を連続して使用している場合
　　　例）ab..cd@****.co.jp
　　　例）abcd..@****.co.jp

（3）半角英数字と一部の記号※以外の文字列を含んでいる場合 　※一部の記号（. ! # $ % & ‘ * + – / = ? ˆ _ { | } ~ ）
　　　例）ab[cd@****.co.jp

〔Instructions〕
・This form is the procedure page for changing your email address when you cannot receive your one-time password.
　If you can receive the one-time password, you can change your email address immediately from "Manage your accoout".
*Please log in with your JMB membership number and password, and complete the procedure from "My Account" located on the center of your account page.
・This form is only available to Japan Region members who can log in.
・Your registered email address to which the one-time password is sent will change as a result of this procedure.
・A change request must be submitted by the member registered with the JMB membership number used to log in.
Example:Changes requests for family members will not be accepted.
・If more than one request for the same JMB membership number is submitted in the same day, your email address change will be processed based on the information provided in the final request.
・Please allow around three days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to complete the change after receiving your request.
Please also note that more time may be needed during long holidays such as the New Year's holiday and Golden Week holiday.
・Please confirm the result of the change of e-mail address by sending it to the new e-mail address you have requested to register.
・If you do not receive an email with the results of the procedure after about a week, please check your registration information or apply to change your email address again.
