Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Promotion! Earn Miles on JAL Flights and Win Tickets Eligible members who accumulate miles on JAL flights during the promotion period and rank in the following places for total miles earned* will win a pair of tickets for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and a night at a luxury hotel in the Tokyo area(total of 20 winners, 10 pairs). JAL Group domestic flights: 1st place/ 33rd place/ 2020th place/ 20724th place and 100000th place JAL international flights: 1st place/ 339rd place/ 2020th place/ 20825th place and 100000th place *Eligible flight miles are those earned by requesting mileage credit when boarding JAL Group domestic flights or JAL international flights at fares eligible for mileage credit. Miles earned through bonus miles promotions, the Mile-Up Bonus for applicable cardholders or FLY ON status members, and miles credited for non-flight activity such as JALCARD spending are ineligible for this promotion.

To qualify, eligible members must register for this promotion during the promotion period.

Promotion details

Eligible members who accumulate miles on JAL flights during the promotion period and rank in the following places for total miles earned* will win a pair of tickets for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and a night at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba (total of 20 winners, 10 pairs).

 

JAL Group domestic flights: 1st place, 33rd place, 2020th place, 20724th place and 100000th place

JAL international flights: 1st place, 339th place, 2020th place, 20825th place and 100000th place

 

  • Eligible flight miles are those earned by requesting mileage credit when boarding JAL Group domestic flights or JAL international flights at fares eligible for mileage credit. Miles earned through bonus miles promotions, the Mile-Up Bonus for applicable cardholders or FLY ON status members, and miles credited for non-flight activity such as JALCARD spending are ineligible for this promotion.
  • Code-share flights are ineligible for this promotion.

Tickets for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020

Ticket dates, sport type and seat type will be announced on the JAL website as soon as decided.

Notes

  • We may ask you to complete a questionnaire sent to you by email after the end of the promotion. If you have not registered a PC email address, please register your PC email address before registering for this promotion.
  • When requesting post-flight credit, flight mileage must be credited by January 10, 2020 to be eligible for this promotion.
  • Customers who have accumulated the same amount of miles during the promotion period will be ranked based on the number of flights boarded and FLY ON Points accrued, in that order.
  • In the case when the same member is chosen for both Japan domestic flights and international flights, the runner-up will be awarded the prize.
  • The prize cannot be given to a third person or exchanged for money.
  • After a fair and impartial drawing, prize notification will be sent to winners' JMB registered addresses around late January 2020.
  • Members are responsible for all incurred costs other than the prize.
  • The prize may be subject to change due to natural disasters or orders from the government office. Please note that JAL will not be responsible for any costs related to promotion registration in the case of such changes.
  • The prize worth is currently undecided. Please be aware that if the price exceeds the maximum amount defined in the Japanese Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, prize winners may be required to cover the exceeding amount. This promotion is conducted under the Japanese Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.
  • In accordance with the Japanese Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, winners in this promotion may be ineligible to win prizes in other promotions held by us at the same time.
  • Phone inquiries about the drawing process or drawing results will not be accepted.
  • Registration for the promotion is only accepted on this promotion page. Registration at the airport, on the aircraft and by mail are not accepted.
  • Flights boarded using Award Tickets are ineligible for this promotion.
