  • On the Main Terminal 1st basement level: there is Airport Terminal 2�3 Station, on the 1st floor:Arrival Lobby, on the 2nd floor: ArrivalLobby, on the 3rd floor: Departure Lobby.You can transfer between the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor of Satellite on moving walk.On the 2nd floor of Satellite:there is ArrivalLobby, on the 3rd floor: Departure Lobby.
  • In the 3rd floor Departure Lobby of Satellite, there are  JAL First Class Lounge, Sakura Lounge, currency change offices, airport information counters, toilets, elevators and connecting aisle from the 2nd floor of Main Terminal.
  • On the 3rd floor of Main Terminal, there are chek-in counters, airport information counters, currency change offices, toilets, elevators, and stairs. security, Once you pass through customs and immigration screenig, there are currency change offices, airport information counters, toilets, elevators, JAL First Class Lounge, Sakura Lounge and stairs to Satellite 3rd floor Departure Lobby.

Check-in opening time
  • You can check in from 07:00 for any flight that departs that day. (Excluding codeshare flights with other airlines.)

Please present your airline ticket and passport at the JAL counter dedicated to your class on the south side of the departures floor on level 3 of the main building. You may check in at any counter, regardless of destination, provided that it corresponds to your class of travel.

 

For customers using First Class counter

We now have scale which can weight large or heavy baggage without unloading from airport cart.

Security check

Your carry-on baggage will be X-rayed.

Immigration

Please show your completed immigration card, passport, and boarding pass. (Japanese citizens are not required to complete an immigration card.)

Once you pass through quarantine and immigration screening, stairs/escalators to the 1st floor, currency change offices and toilets.
  • On the 1st floor, there is baggage claim area and once you pass through customs, there are currency change offices, toilets, airport information counters, elevators, stairs from the 2nd floor, JAL's airport baggage delivery service counter (ABC) and JAL's mobile phone rental sevice counter (QL Liner).

Quarantine

If you have concerns about your health arising from your stay abroad, please report to the health consultation room or notify a quarantine officer.

Immigration

Please show your passport.

Baggage Claim

Please descend to level 1 and check the information board to find the baggage carousel for your flight number, where you will be able to collect your baggage.

Customs

If you have nothing to declare, proceed to the green inspection table. Show your passport and undergo an inspection by an official. You may be asked questions about your destination and purpose of travel. If you are carrying items exceeding the tax exemption range, proceed to the inspection table with the red light.
All passengers must submit a customs declaration form, regardless of whether they have anything to declare or not.
