Notes when Using Lounge Coupons
- Please note that eligible airport lounges are subject to change.
- Please present one lounge coupon per one person for each lounge access.
- Japan Airlines assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or destruction of lounge coupons. Lounge coupons cannot be re-issued. The selling, bartering, or exchanging of lounge coupons is not permitted, and any attempt of such action will render the lounge coupons null and void.
- A maximum of four travelers per group, consisting of the status member and up to three traveling companions (one traveling companion admitted upon presentation of a status card and two traveling companions admitted upon presentation of two lounge coupons), are allowed for a single entry to a lounge.

Lounge coupons issued in exchange for miles are valid until the end of the seventh month from the day of making the request.
Notes when Redeeming Miles for Lounge Coupons
- If you redeemed miles for lounge coupons prior to your flight date, your lounge coupons will be sent to you accordingly. Please bring the necessary number of lounge coupons with you to the airport in order to access the lounge.
- Please note that miles that have been deducted cannot be returned to your JMB account or exchanged for other awards, regardless of whether your lounge coupons have not arrived or have not yet been used.
- When making a lounge coupon request prior to your flight date, you will be required to provide your JMB membership number and password. If you have forgotten your password, please take the necessary steps to reset your password.
