In order to receive miles, you must provide necessary information such as your JMB membership number via a special form on the Club Med official website (only in Japanese) by the day before the check-in date, after booking products organized by Club Med.- Please note that you cannot request mileage credit when checking in at the hotel reception.
- Mileage accumulated from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 2-3 months.
