How to use the Seat Availability Check Calendar for JAL International Award Tickets

Search for flight dates that require fewer miles
Using the easy-to-read graph allows you to choose flight dates
that require the lowest number of miles for your outbound and return flights.
Select "One way" and your preferred destination.
When viewing your search results, look for flight dates that can be booked with base miles (for example, flights to Honolulu are available at 20,000 miles).
Run a similar search for your return flight.

Find flights for specific holiday dates
By redeeming additional miles, you can book award tickets for travel
during busy holiday seasons such as the Year End/New Year holiday.
Select "One way" and your preferred destination.
When viewing your search results, look for flight dates that require the lowest number of miles during your specific holiday schedule.

Discover destinations that you can visit using your miles
Searches using the calendar can be refined by mileage level.
Specifying the number of miles in your account
will narrow your search to display only the destinations available to you,
making it more convenient to look for possible destinations.
Select "One way" and your preferred destination.
Under "Refine search", specify the number of miles you wish to redeem one way
and click the "Apply changes" button.
The destinations available to you for your specified number of miles will be displayed.
Select your preferred destination. When viewing your search results,
look for flight dates that you can book with your miles.
Run a similar search for your return flight.

After logging in, go to JAL Mileage Bank top page and follow the steps below.
Select JAL Award Tickets in the Popular awards section under Redeem your miles.
- When searching for a specific date only, go to "JAL International Award Ticket".
- To search using the calendar, go to "International Award Ticket Seat Availability Check Calendar".
