JAL International Wi-Fi Promotion (2024 Service Year)

From October 1, 2024, inflight Wi-Fi is partially free of charge on international flights.

Amount of free Wi-Fi available:
First Class and Business Class: Unlimited usage
* A separate promotion code is required. For more details, please refer to the onboard Wi-Fi leaflet in your seat pocket.
Economy and Premium Economy Class: Free for one hour

Please keep in mind the free inflight Wi-Fi service when used in conjunction with this promotion.

Promotion code validity period

April 1, 2024 (Monday) - March 31, 2025 (Monday) (2024 service year) (flight date)

  • Promotion codes for the 2023 service year are valid until March 31, 2024 (Sunday).

Registration period

March 21, 2024 (Thursday) - March 20, 2025 (Thursday)

Eligible members

Customers with JMB Diamond or JGC Premier status who register for this offer during the registration period

Outline

JMB Diamond and JGC Premier members who register during the offer period will receive an international Wi-Fi promotion code valid for use during the applicable service year (from April to March of the following year).
Enter the promotion code during your flight to enjoy 40 free inflight Wi-Fi service sessions on international routes. Each session is three hours.

Important information

JAL international Wi-Fi service is provided by either Panasonic Avionics or Intelsat, depending on the aircraft. Please note that promotion codes issued via this promotion can only be used on aircraft equipped with Panasonic Avionics inflight Wi-Fi service, and therefore cannot be used on aircraft equipped with Intelsat inflight Wi-Fi service.

Please note that promotion codes issued via this promotion can not be used on B737 aircraft.

  • Promotion codes can only be used by the member who registered for the promotion.
  • The promotion code will need to be entered again when using inflight Wi-Fi for more than three hours.

Steps to take before your flight

  1. To register for this offer, click the "Proceed to registration" button at the bottom of the page.
  2. Around one week after you submit your registration, an email containing your promotion code will be sent to your JMB-registered address from "wifi-int@jal-flyon.jp". If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam folder and then make an inquiry using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page.
  • Please note that it may take more than one week for your promotion code to arrive if you register during the New Year’s holiday (December 26, 2024 - January 4, 2025). We recommend that you register at your earliest convenience.
  • Your name, email address, and other necessary personal information will be shared with a delivery service provider solely for the purpose of delivering your promotion code.
  • If more than one eligible member wishes to enter using the same computer, please do not use your browser's Back button. You will need to close and restart your browser.

  • Promotion codes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Please use your promotion code prior to its expiration date. Promotion codes are not valid after the expiration date.
