JGC PREMIER
JGC PREMIER
JGC Premier is awarded to JMB members who meet either of the following criteria on JAL Group and oneworld alliance flights flown during the preceding calendar year from January to December:
- JMB member who has accrued at least 80,000 FLY ON Points (including 40,000 FLY ON Points on JAL Group flights), or
- JMB member who has attained at least 80 flights (including at least 40 JAL Group flights) and 25,000 FLY ON Points
(For members who join JAL Global Club after satisfying the flight activity requirements above, JGC Premier services will commence around one week after JAL Global Club enrollment.)
- Only flights that are flown on fares eligible for JMB mileage accrual will count toward the total number of flights qualifying for FLY ON status.
- JGC Premier benefits and services will be available to members who accrue the required number of FLY ON Points for JGC Premier qualification during the preceding year and who join the JAL Global Club program by June.
- JGC Premier services cannot be used in conjunction with JAL Global Club services.

oneworld tier status
JMB FLY ON members will also receive special services with oneworld alliance airlines.
Emerald
JGC Premier members will be able to enjoy oneworld Emerald services.
Service availability period
First Services
Services that are available to members from around one week after status qualification until March 31 of the second year following status qualification
Second Services
Services that are available to members once your FLY ON status card arrives or your membership status is reflected in the JAL app until March 31 of the second year following status qualification
Third Services
Services that are available from April 1 of the year following status qualification
- Third Services are available only to JMB Diamond and JGC Premier members.
- All services will be available until March 31 of the second year following status qualification.

Mile-Up Bonus
JGC Premier members will receive bonus miles for every JAL Group, American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia and Malaysia Airlines (On / after July 1, 2023 (departure date) / Japan-Malaysia route) flight traveled during the JGC Premier eligibility period. To qualify, flights must be flown with fares eligible for JMB mileage accrual.
Accumulation rate based on FLY ON membership level
- JAL Group flights: 105%
- American Airlines flights: 105%
- British Airways flights: 100%
- Iberia flights: 100%
- Malaysia Airlines (Japan-Malaysia route): 50%
- Mile-Up Bonus is not awarded in conjunction with bonus miles awarded to JALCARD holders or bonus miles awarded to JAL Global Club members. Members who are eligible for this mile-up bonus and other bonus mileage benefits will be credited with the most favorable bonus mileage rate.
Suspension of Mileage Expiration
As a general rule, JMB mileage is valid until the end of the 36th month after the flight (transaction) date. For JGC Premier members, this mileage expiration will be suspended throughout the JGC Premier membership eligibility period - meaning that your miles will not expire during this period.
- Suspension of mileage expiration will take effect from miles that would normally expire at the end of the month following the month of Status qualification. FLY ON qualification date is the day on which the member meets the status qualification requirements based on FLY ON Points that are credited to the member's JMB account or the number of flights taken in one calendar year from January through December.
- When your FLY ON status changes from JGC Premier to another membership level, all mileage in your account at that time will be valid until the end of the 36th month after the date of the membership status change.
