Terms and conditions for mileage accrual

  • If two or more JMB members share a room, only one JMB member will receive mileage credit.
  • If the JMB member who makes the booking is different from the JMB member who will stay at the hotel, the miles will be credited to the JMB member who completes the stay. When making the booking, please enter the JMB membership number and name of the JMB member who will be staying at the hotel.
  • If multiple rooms are booked for the same stay date(s) in the same JMB member's name, miles will be credited to the JMB member once only.
  • Miles will not be credited if the JMB membership number and name of the member staying at the hotel are not entered in the correct fields or if the member's JMB membership number and name do not match. Please note that information cannot be changed once entered and requests for post-stay credit cannot be accepted.
  • Miles will be credited to the account of the JMB member who stayed at the hotel within one to two months after completing the hotel stay.
