Japan domestic flight tickets

Eligible Japan domestic flight tickets are limited to Japan domestic flight sectors on JAL Group airlines.
JAL Coupons cannot be used for the purchase of fares that are only available online.
Some fares are ineligible. For more details, please inquire when making your request.
If you are purchasing more than one ticket and wish to specify the JAL Coupon amount to be allocated to each ticket, please specify these amounts when making your request. If you do not specify these amounts, the cash payment will be allocated equally to each ticket and the remainder will be paid with JAL Coupons.
JAL Coupons that have been applied toward purchases will not be refunded. Even if the use of other airlines is allowed based on fare, travel on other airlines is not permitted if the payment includes the use of JAL Coupons.
JAL Coupons cannot be used at travel agencies.
JAL Coupons cannot be used at some airports.

Eligible international flight tickets are limited to itineraries that include an international flight sector on JAL. JAL Coupons cannot be used for the reissue of tickets for airlines other than JAL.
Ticket Service Fee will apply at new ticket issue.

JAL Coupons can be used as payment for stays at Hotel Nikko & JAL City and eligible Okura Hotels & Resorts locations, as well as at designated hotel restaurants and shops.
JAL Coupons can be used to pay only for accommodation at participating Nikko Alliance Hotels.

JAL Coupons that are presented for full or partial payment cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, such as the JALCARD discount or other discounts. Goods may not be returned or exchanged.
