How to use the Seat Availability Check Calendar for JAL Domestic Award Tickets
You can check the miles with the best value and the seating availability at the same time.
You can also refine your search based on miles and destination, and then go straight on to booking.
STEP1
Search and Select Your Destination
1 Search (the screen image shows a search for flights one way)
Select your trip type, departure city and click "Search". Search results (available destinations) will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
2 Refine your search
Your search results can be refined by mileage level.
3 Select a destination
Destinations that match your search criteria and their required mileage levels will be displayed. Click "Availability by date" for your desired city.
- Click the relevant area tab to display your desired destination area.
STEP2
Select your departure date
Select your preferred departure date and click "Apply changes".
STEP3
View your search results
Your search results will be displayed. The lowest miles required for available dates will be displayed in a bar graph.
- Click the relevant tab to display your desired month.
- The number of miles required for one adult passenger will be displayed.
- Search results will be displayed regardless of whether or not you have enough miles in your account.
STEP4
Book your flight

Your selected itinerary will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Select the number of passengers and click "Start booking" to continue to the Flight Selection page where you can proceed with your booking.

Tap the arrow on the right-hand side of the bar graph of your desired boarding date.
- The month can be switched by tapping the red frame area.
- The number of miles required for one adult passenger will be displayed.
- Search results will be displayed regardless of whether or not you have enough miles in your account.
STEP4
Book your flight
A pop-up will appear. Select how many passengers you are booking for and tap the "Start booking" button. You will then be directed to the Flight selection screen where you can make your reservation.

- Seat availability and required mileage information is subject to change on an ongoing basis and may not reflect real-time data. Please check the latest seat availability and required mileage information by making your booking.
How to Make a Reservation
You must be logged in to your JMB account.
After logging in, go to JAL Mileage Bank top page and follow the steps below.
Select JAL Group Airlines Award Tickets in the Popular awards section under Redeem your miles.
- When searching for a specific date only, go to "Book JAL Domestic Award Tickets."
- To search using the calendar, go to "Domestic Award Ticket Seat Availability Check Calendar."
