How to credit miles
During your stay in Hawaii, please make a request for mileage accrual by presenting a receipt (s) for your purchase and JMB Card or JAL Card at the concierge desk located on the 3rd floor of T Galleria by DFS or at the watch and jewelry counter near the gate 24 in Daniel.K.Inouye International Airport.
Schedule for mileage accrual
Miles will be credited to your account about 2 - 3 months later the month of your purchase.
Notes and conditions on mileage accrual
- When you make a request for mileage accrual, you can present more than one receipt at a time for your purchase made during your stay in Hawaii at the concierge desk located on the 3rd floor of T Galleria by DFS or at the watch and jewelry counter near the gate 24 in Daniel.K.Inouye International Airport. (You don't need to present your receipt (s) on the same day as your purchase.)
- Requests for mileage accrual cannot be accepted after completion of your travel.
