Changes to the JAL Mileage Bank log-in process

From July 4, 2024, your 6 digit PIN can no longer be used to access your account.

If you are using your 6 digit PIN as your password, please reset your PIN to a password to comply with the new policy.

In October 20, 2021 (Wed), we renewed the authentication system to allow JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members to use services on the JAL website and app with even more peace of mind. Due to this system renewal the method used to log in will change, so please check the notices below.

Update your registered email address

We have changed our two-factor authentication method. For certain services, we will be sending a one-time password to your registered mobile phone number or email address. Please ensure your information is up to date.

Change your member login password

For added security, the password policy has changed. If you are still using your 6 digit PIN, please reset it to a password at your earliest convenience.

Even if you have already registered your email address, please be sure to check it can still be used by following the link below.

The password policy for logging in to the JAL website and app has changed.

  • You can continue to use the 6 digit password as your telephone password.

Point2

For some services, we have introduced two-step authentication using a one-time password.*

  • Your old website password will have expired.
  • One-time passwords are sent from "03-5460-0124*" or "jmb_confirmation@jal.com".
    Please check your settings to ensure that you can receive One-time Passwords from "03-5460-0124" and "jmb_confirmation@jal.com".
    Please note that the display may differ depending on your mobile phone carrier.

Phone number displayed when sent to docomo, au, and Rakuten devices. When sent to Softbank devices, One-time Passwords are sent from “22471”.

After logging in from the JAL Mileage Bank top page, click "Manage your account" to update.
