From July 4, 2024, your 6 digit PIN can no longer be used to access your account.
If you are using your 6 digit PIN as your password, please reset your PIN to a password to comply with the new policy.
How to change your password
Important Notice
STEP1
Log in to your account and click the "Change password" button
Click the "Change password" button below to proceed to STEP2.
STEP2
Enter your one-time password
The One-time Password input screen is displayed.
Keep the screen open and enter the One-time Password sent to your registered mobile phone number or e-mail address.
- Please do not close the one-time password entry screen when checking your email for your one-time password.
If you receive more than one one-time password, only the last one-time password sent to your email address will be accepted.
One-time passwords are valid for 10 minutes. Once a one-time password has been used, it cannot be used again.

If you are shown a message that your email address may be registered incorrectly, please follow the steps indicated on the screen below.

Enter your current password and your new password
STEP4
Password change complete
The following screen will be displayed when your password has been successfully changed.
An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming that your password change is complete.
