As a general rule, the JAL Global Club enrollment process will be carried out online. More information about how to enroll can be found below.

Current JALCARD members

Submission of an application for (converting to) a JAL Global Club JALCARD credit card is required to join JGC.
If you wish to join JGC without changing your card's partner brand, please take the necessary steps on MyJALCARD, the online service for JALCARD members (available in Japanese only).
After logging in to your account, please navigate to "Convert/add card" from the MyJALCARD top menu and select "JAL Global Club enrollment".
- If any of the following apply to you, other forms are required. Please contact the JALCARD Contact Center for assistance.
- If you wish to change your partner brand and join JGC
- If you wish to maintain your partner brand but would like to change your card type and then join JGC (for example, if you would like to change your regular card/CLUB-A Card to a JGC CLUB-A Gold Card/JGC Platinum Card)
- If you hold any of the following cards:
Family card, corporate card, JAL JCB Card (Disney design), JAL American Express® Card Regular Card, JAL Copa Club/JALCARD, JICA/JALCARD

General guideline of when the JAL Global Club enrollment process will be completed
For those who have applied for a JAL Global Club JALCARD credit card
In general situations, your JAL Global Club JALCARD will be issued around two to three weeks* after your application.
- Please note that more time may be needed if your submitted documents are incomplete or due to postal circumstances.
More time may also be needed during the Golden Week holiday, New Year's holiday, or consecutive holidays.
In some cases, a JAL Global Club JALCARD may not be issued based on screening results.
For those who have applied for JAL Global Club enrollment for members living outside Japan
In general situations, your JAL Global Club JALCARD will be issued around two to three weeks* after your application.
- More time may be needed during the Golden Week holiday, New Year's holiday, or consecutive holidays.
After JAL Global Club enrollment has been completed, your membership status will be displayed on the JAL Mileage Bank app and JAL app.
