The JAL Group is working to help solve social issues through its business activities in the aim to contribute to building a sustainable society. As part of this initiative, customers who participate in JAL's environmentally friendly actions and earn Green Life Miles will receive 1 Life Status Point.

- Up to 1 Life Status Point will be credited per customer per year.
- After Green Life Miles are earned, the associated Life Status Points will be credited around the end of January of the following year.
