How to redeem miles
- Log in to the JMB World Marketplace using your JMB membership number and password.
- After searching for and selecting a product of your choice, enter the information required for your request.
- Enter your JMB membership number and One-time Password. (Must be the same JMB member who entered the information in Step 1.)
- Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of your request.
Required mileage
- We offer products from 4000 miles.
- Miles include shipping and taxes, and they vary depending on the shipping country.
Redeeming miles from the family mileage pool
- For members living in Japan who have registered to the JALCARD Family Program, awards requested by pooling family mileage may be used by the primary member, the primary member's spouse, the primary member's relatives within the second degree of kinship, and the spouses of the primary member's brothers/sisters-in-law.

Mileage deduction date
- Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of your request.
Changing or cancelling a product request
- Once deducted, miles cannot be returned to the original account, used in exchange for a different product, or exchanged for cash.
How to apply
You can choose to omit the JAL Coupon redemption/mailing process by directly exchanging your miles for a product of your choice.
Please note that this service cannot be used for requested JAL Coupons that have already been sent to your JMB registered address.

- *If a selected product is to be delivered to an eligible relative, you may be asked to show proof of relationship.
