- Requests for the One Harmony Point Award can only be made via the JAL website.
- JAL assumes no responsibility for lost One Harmony Points. Please note that One Harmony Points cannot be reissued for any reason.
- Miles that have been deducted from a JMB account following a One Harmony Point Award request cannot be refunded to the original account, used in exchange for a different award, or exchanged for cash.
