Boarding Sequence

Japan Airlines domestic flights will be boarding in following sequence.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

This sequence may differ depending on condition of flight or Airport facility.

In order to provide a better customer experience, the boarding process has been changed by developing new methods conducting joint research with Tokyo Institute of Technology.

1. Pre-Boarding

Those who are eligible

Wheelchair users, customers with small children under 2 years old, etc.

Customers who need help.

If you wish to Pre-board, please contact to one of our staff.

2. Information for each boarding group

We will guide you in order of group number.

Boarding Group 1 * (Priority boarding)

Boarding Group 2 * (Priority boarding)

Please present boarding pass or status card at the boarding gate.Only the member can use it. If it is difficult for the companion to board the flight alone, please inform the airport staff. "First Class" may not be available depending on the route and aircraft.

Boarding Group 3・4・5

The boarding order differs depending on the aircraft you are boarding.
If you are in Boarding Group 3 to 5 and you and your companion are in different groups, please board with the passenger in the earlier group.
