- Not available on all routes.
Booking/Ticket purchase deadline
From 0 a.m., 360 days before the departure date until 1 day* before the departure date.
- The booking deadline is 1, 3, 7, 21, 28, 45, or 75 days before the departure date, depending on the booking date/time and seat availability for the fare.
After booking, please purchase before the purchase deadline.
(If the deadline passes, your booking will be cancelled without prior notice.)
Ticket validity
Valid only on the booked flight.
Changes
Booking changes are not permitted.
Rebooking on another flight at the departure airport on the date of travel is not allowed even if there are available seats on that flight.
Cancellation/refund
Cancellations must be made at least 20 minutes prior to the departure time of the booked flight.
The deadline to receive a refund is 30 days from the day after the ticket expires.

- If you cancel a booking and choose to request a refund at a later date, the cancellation charge as of the date of your refund request will apply.
- Refunds will only be issued for round-trip cancellations made prior to boarding. No refunds will be issued after boarding of a portion of the sectors and segments.
- If cancellation is not notified prior to the departure of the reserved flight, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the entire round-trip itinerary will be charged.
Cabin class
Economy: Booking allowed
Class J: Booking allowed, departure date upgrade*
First Class: Booking allowed, departure date upgrade*
- Departure date upgrade may be requested if there are seats available in First Class or Class J on the day of boarding.
Mileage accumulation rate
Economy: 75%
Class J: 85%
First Class: 125%
Notes
- Bookings and payment can be made only via the JAL website, the JAL Contact Center, or a JAL Group ticketing counter (city/airport).
- Not applicable to standby tickets.
- The fare amount of domestic fares may change without prior notice. If the fare amount is revised after the ticket is purchased, no fare adjustment (charge or refund) will be applied.
- If you wish to make a round-trip booking with the option to fly to/from either Fukuoka Airport or Kitakyushu Airport, please contact the JAL Contact Center.
