Booking/Ticket purchase deadline
From 0 a.m., 360 days before the departure date,until the departure date.
- A JAL Shareholder Discount Coupon valid for the departure date is required.

To select search criteria, please select "Shareholder" from "Discounts for limited passenger" under Advanced Settings.
Register ticketing code
When you purchase the ticket, please scrape the scratch portion of the shareholder discount coupon (1) and register the number below it.
- Please take care not to scratch too hard as this may render the ticketing code unreadable.
- (2) The "barcode" on shareholder discount coupon is currently not available.
- After booking, please purchase before the purchase deadline.
(If the deadline passes, your booking will be cancelled without prior notice.)
Ticket validity
The ticket is valid for the date of issue plus 1 year starting the day after the date of issue, or for the validity period listed on the JAL Shareholder Discount Coupon, whichever is shorter.
Booked tickets are valid only for the specified booked flight. Please change or cancel your booking prior to departure time if you do not plan to board the booked flight. (Tickets not changed or canceled by departure time cannot be used to fly.)
Changes
Booking changes are permitted.
- Changes to the travel segment or the passenger are not permitted.
- Please ensure changes are made at least 20 minutes prior to the booked flight's departure.
- If a booking change results in a different fare amount at the time of the change than at the time of purchase, the difference must be either paid or refunded.
- Flight boookings cannot be changed after the JAL Shareholder Discount Coupon's expiration date.
- Travelers to/from Sapporo (New Chitose/Okadama), Tokyo (Haneda/Narita), Nagoya (Chubu/Komaki), Osaka (Itami/Kansai/Kobe), and Fukuoka (Fukuoka/Kitakyushu) may choose either airport as their point of departure/arrival.
Cancellation/refund
Cancellations must be made at least 20 minutes prior to the departure time of the booked flight.
The deadline to receive a refund is 30 days from the day after the ticket expires.

When obtaining a refund for a previously issued Shareholder's Flex ticket, a ticketing code for a Shareholder's Flex replacement ticket will be displayed only if the shareholder discount coupon has not yet expired and the refund deadline for the purchased ticket has not yet passed.
Ticketing codes for Shareholder’s Flex replacement tickets can be used in the same way as a regular ticketing code as long as it remains valid.
The code will appear on the cancellation and change completion pages. Please be sure to retain it.

- Shareholder's Flex is 50% discount for Flex (Type B for Economy class). It cannot be used in conjunction with other discount fares.
- Tickets purchased with other fares cannot be changed to this fare type.
- Not applicable to standby tickets.
