Please note that for urgent cases, the JAL Mileage Bank app and JAL app can be used as proof of your JMB membership from immediately after your JMB enrollment.
The self-service check-in kiosks are being revamped from October 17, 2023.
Accordingly, transactions using non-IC enabled JMB Cards, Airplane Cards, Shirotan Cards, and Shimajiro Cards will no longer be available at self-service check-in kiosks. Please instead use the JAL app or an IC enabled JMB Card such as the JMB WAON Card.
