Required Mileage
- The number of miles required to redeem award tickets varies depending on the route, itinerary, and seat availability on the flight at the time of booking.
- If there are no seats available on the flight that can be booked using the lowest number of miles (base miles), you can book using additional miles, which vary depending on the estimated number of remaining seats (Award Ticket PLUS).

- In addition to the number of miles, you are required to pay the Domestic Passenger Facility Charge via credit card.
- The number of miles required for redemption in the case of a child passenger or an accompanied infant who requires a seat is the same as those required for an adult.
Validity Period
Award tickets are valid for the reserved flight only.
- An award ticket will become invalid if you fail to board on the reserved flight. Miles will not be refunded and the award ticket cannot be changed to a different award.
