be applied to connecting JAL flight as well.

In some cases, shipments cannot be loaded on the booked flight due to Allowable Cargo Load (ACL) exceedences caused by an increase of passengers or baggage, or fuel owing to weather conditions, etc. As space is confirmed and guaranteed on the booked flight, you can avoid risks of offloading due to ACL exceedences, and make an efficient and sure transportation plan.

What would be the temperature, humidity conditions during flight?

Generally, temperatures vary depending on the types of aircraft or the loading position, but it is possible to maintain the temperature around 20℃ (or 68F) with conditioned air.
Humidity can not be controlled during flight.
Air pressure will be decreased to around 0.8 atm during flight.
