In charge of First Class and Business Class. Born in Kumamoto. Chef Teshima studied French cooking at a local restaurant since he was 19 years old. He became a certified sommelier at 23. When he was 26, he travelled to France and worked in well-known restaurants such as three-Michelin-starred Restaurant "Lucas Carton". In 2014, he opened Restaurant "PAGES" in the 16th Arrondissement. Eighteen months later, the restaurant was promptly awarded one Michelin star.
