A rental belt is available to fasten the upper body of customers who can sit down but find it difficult to stay in a sitting position, (Free of charge). For customers who request to use this, please consult with us at the time of the reservation. For customers who find it necessary to lie down all the time from the takeoff to the landing, please see "Customers who use a stretcher".

Conditions for Use | These are used to fasten the upper body of the customer to the backrest of the seat. Please be sure to fasten the seatbelt that is attached to the seat. In principle, these are seats that have a wall in back or are in the last row. |
* It cannot be used with the Sky Premium Seats in Premium Economy.
* It cannot be used for codeshare flights operated by other companies.

*For customers who have difficulty maintaining a sitting position, you can use the auxiliary belt for fastening the upper body, or can borrow a child seat, so please ask in advance.

If using a child seat, we will ask for the age, height and weight, and the size from the surface of the seat to the shoulder in order to adjust the shoulder belt.

About the use of a customer's own auxiliary device
A customer's car seat or auxiliary device can be used in the cabin. It is necessary to confirm beforehand whether it can be used in the cabin. Within the inquiry field of "Information and consultations about boarding", please contact the JAL Priority Guest Center as soon as possible.
The accompanying person should attach it to the seat.

・The shape of the auxiliary device (photo), the material and the size (height, width, depth and weight)

Traveling companion customers
Customers who find it difficulties to take care of your personal things by themselves are requested to fly with someone accompanying in the same class.
Those people accompanying should please provide care and assistance at the airport, and in cabin, and should please give guidance and assistance at the time of an emergency.

About seat reservations
We will do our best to secure a seat according to your requests, such as a seat with a movable armrest, or a seat close to the restroom. Please consult with us at the time of the reservation.

Security Check
It is done with the same details and in the same manner as other customers. Simplification of the security check due to disabilities, or preferential treatment, are not possible.
Be sure to go through the portal gate one by one. In some cases a pat-down screening may be necessary, but please be assured that the security check staff will tell you what to do.

We provide support so that you can safely board and go to your seat. Please use this with peace of mind.

For customers who request for assistance, as soon as the cabin is ready, we board them to the flight first.

For customers using the auxiliary belt for fastening the upper body, or who are using their own auxiliary device, please be sure to fasten the seat belt.
For customers using the child seat, please be sure to fasten the shoulder belt of the child seat.
